Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in repairing
and refinishing shoes: Inspects donated new and used shoes to
determine feasibility of repair or saleability. Trains
subordintaes and handicapped individuals in job duties of Shoe
Repairer (personal ser.). Performs periodic performance
evaluations. Performs duties as described under Shoe Repairer
(personal ser.).
